Burckle Place

Burckle Place, located in Lake Worth, is the only supportive housing program in Palm Beach County designed exclusively for single homeless women.

It combines evidence-based supportive services with health and wellness activities to help residents rebuild their lives. The program's structure prioritizes education and skill-building and empowers each woman to develop the confidence and means to live independently.

On any given day, any one of our 11 residents might participate in a public speaking workshop with a guest speaker from the business community, develop a professional resume, take a yoga class, meet one-on-one with a financial coach, or cook a gourmet dinner with a professional chef. Burckle Place transcends the traditional housing paradigm, seeking to introduce residents to new opportunities, experiences, interests and passions. It emphasizes personal enrichment and engages in volunteerism and community activities, to establish connections, promote networking and build a support system.
