Café Joshua

Residents of The Lord’s Place and other clients experiencing homelessness throughout the community can receive breakfast and lunch daily through Café Joshua. This innovative and highly popular meal program serves the Café Joshua Job Training and Placement Center, as well as current clients who interact with our Community Engagement Team.

Our Community Engagement Team partners with other outreach efforts in this community to identify those people who are unsheltered and connect them to basic needs. Hot meals, homemade daily by the kitchen staff and apprentices, are served Monday – Friday in a friendly restaurant-style setting from 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. and from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. The program is open to families and individuals in the community who are homeless or at-risk; however, clients must enroll in the program.

To volunteer, contact Jasper Araujo at JAraujo@TheLordsPlace.org or 561-537-4676.
