After more than 20 years in incarceration and 10 months at The Lord’s Place Halle Place, Kelly completed her clerical apprenticeship – just in time for the COVID-19 pandemic to bring much of the country to a halt. Instead of allowing this to stop her progress, she worked tirelessly to obtain employment at a medical facility. She saved her money until she had enough to realize a dream: Kelly was ready to purchase her first car!
