Whether you have items to share or professional services to offer at reduced rates, your generosity can have a lasting impact on our community. While we gratefully welcome these contributions, we do have specific guidelines to ensure they align with our needs and capabilities.

Items We Cannot Accept
To maintain quality standards and ensure the dignity of our clients, we are unable to accept:
- Clothing that is stained, damaged, or unwashed (Please donate only items you would feel comfortable wearing yourself)
- Formal Wear (Suits and/or formal dresses)
- Furniture without prior approval
- Expired or improperly packaged non-perishable food
- Opened or used personal care items including socks and underwear
- Used pillows or mattresses (we only accept new pillows)
- Car seats (due to safety regulations)

*Please note: Currently, we do not offer pickup services or operate a thrift store.
Delivery Times:
- Monday through Friday (Closed Weekends)
- Due to congestion in our parking lot and building, we prefer items to be delivered during the following times:
- Between 9am - 11am and 2pm - 4pm. We close at 4:30pm
