Three Signature Events

The Lord’s Place hosts three signature events each year in order to raise awareness and funds for those in Palm Beach County who find themselves homeless.  We hope you can participate in one or more of our events.

SleepOut is held every April. Our signature event gives The Lord’s Place an opportunity to shine a light on the nearly 3,000 men, women, and children experiencing homelessness in Palm Beach County. A family-friendly event with an opportunity to “sleep out”, as our neighbors experiencing homelessness do every day, this event has grown to accommodate social restrictions due to COVID-19, and now has a virtual program, SleepIn for SleepOut, available to participants all over the country, expanding our reach and mission. Keep an eye out for SleepIn for SleepOut as we approach the spring and join us from wherever you are!”.  (

Ending Homelessness Breakfast

Our Ending Homelessness Breakfast is held each November and showcases The Lord’s Place programs, clients, staff, and volunteers to business and non-profit leaders in our community.  This inspiring breakfast always sells out and gives attendees a dramatic view of the services we offer, and the impact made on clients. Also, we honor servant leaders at this event, whose commitment and integrity are transforming our community. Our breakfast has become known as the place to be uplifted, encouraged, and inspired as we head into the holiday season.

Palm Beach Event

The Lord’s Place is looking forward to the 10th annual Special Evening of Dinner and Celebration. Many things are changing, and this year may look a bit different due to COVID-19, but this event will be Re-Imagined, so one can only guess how special this evening will be. Be sure to join us!  Over the years, A Special Evening of Dinner and Celebration has raised more than $1,000,000 in support of the programs of The Lord’s Place which changes the lives of our homeless friends, helping them to achieve all they imagine they can be.
