We are seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic individual to provide job placement services to clients. The candidate will facilitate clients’ access to employment services in the community; assist and coach clients with job searching, job placement, interview preparation, resume modification, and promote job retention; develop and review weekly job activities for clients; and conduct client meetings within the community when necessary.
Requirements for the position include:
· A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Social Services, Counseling, Education or other relevant discipline. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Exceptional computer knowledge, including current job search skills.
