Details about Search for Next CEO July 1, 2024

After 17 remarkable years of dedication and visionary leadership, Diana Stanley, CEO of The Lord’s Place, has announced her retirement. Since joining the agency, Diana has been a driving force behind its growth and impact, leading us from humble beginnings to where we stand today. Diana’s retirement is scheduled for December 2024, but she has announced that she will remain until the perfect candidate is secured.

The Board of Directors now embarks on its most important responsibility: finding the next CEO of The Lord’s Place. A dedicated search committee, comprised of board members and former board members, has been formed to identify a national recruiting company and assist in the selection of our next CEO. The search committee is humbled to have the opportunity to serve, given Diana’s extraordinary impact in advancing the agency’s mission throughout her extensive tenure.

The board has selected WittKieffer, an international, premier Executive Search & Advisory Solutions firm, to lead the search. WittKieffer will manage a thoughtful process of listening to our community to discern the characteristics and desired qualities of the next CEO.
